Which versions are supported?
Magento 2 with PHP 8.1 or later, on the Luma or Hyvä theme.
Will it slow down my store?
No. Changes are written to a queue and sent by cron every minute, so storefront and admin requests never wait for PuffinMail. Failed sends retry automatically, and problems show in the admin panel.
I run several brands or store views. Does that work?
Yes. Each store view connects with its own key, so each brand can be its own PuffinMail store with its own lists, emails and reports.
I already send abandoned-cart emails with another extension.
Turn off the other extension’s abandoned-cart and birthday emails when you switch these on, so customers don’t get both.
