  • How are my emails doing?

    Sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and the revenue your emails brought in, for any period, by campaign, automation and store email.

  • Compare campaigns

    Each campaign’s results, its most-clicked links and its orders, so your agent can tell you what worked and why.

  • Find an audience

    It can count how many subscribers match some rules (bought twice, not in 90 days...) before you send anything.

  • Draft a campaign

    If you allow drafts, it writes a campaign in the visual editor, ready for you to check, test and schedule.

  • Set up automations

    It can draft a welcome series, a win-back or a post-purchase thank-you from ready-made recipes, switched off until you turn it on.

Connecting

Connect in a minute

  1. Add PuffinMail to your AI app

    In Claude or ChatGPT, add a connector with the address https://my.puffinmail.co/mcp. For Claude Code, Cursor or Claude Desktop, make an access token under Settings → AI agents.

  2. Sign in and approve

    Sign in to PuffinMail and choose what the app may do: read your results, and prepare drafts if you want it to.

  3. Ask away

    Ask how last month went, what your best campaign was, or for a draft of your next one. Disconnect any time in Settings.

Questions

Can it send emails?

No. Agents can read your results and, if you allow it, prepare drafts. Sending, scheduling, turning automations on and deleting anything only happen in PuffinMail, by you.

Can it see my subscribers?

No. It sees numbers (how many people opened, clicked or are in a segment) but never who your contacts are or their email addresses.

Which AI apps work?

Any app that supports remote MCP servers: Claude and ChatGPT connect with a sign-in, and Claude Code, Cursor and Claude Desktop with an access token.

Does it cost extra?

No. It’s part of every PuffinMail plan, including the free trial. Your AI app’s own plan applies to the AI side.

How do I disconnect an app?

Under Settings → AI agents in PuffinMail: revoke the connection and the app can’t use it any more.
